Alice completed 500 hours of traditional Hatha yoga teacher training in an ashram in Rishikesh 7 years ago - the Yoga capital of the world.

In 2022 Alice completed a 24-hour training specialising in Functional Neurology with Celest Periera. From her own journey of rehabilitating her own injuries and hyper-mobility (from many years of dancing as a child), her classes shine an awareness on supporting hyper-mobility, functional movement, and body-controlled movements!

Alice is a student of life and currently deepening her studies in her training’s on massage training, breath work and bodywork.

A passionate advocate of co-regulating our nervous systems with the natural world, no two classes will be the same. Instead you will sync to the innate rhythm of nature’s seasons, Connecting to your inner landscape as a reflection of the outer world.

You will also find a blend of meditative movement, myo-fascial release, and breath work practices woven throughout her classes. This makes them a unique and effective hour of your day, to enhance functional mobility and joy to your daily life… or a relaxing a self soothing end to your day…

Alice’s enthusiasm and experience that she shares with her students, encourages a safe environment to confidently reconnect to your body and unleash your full potential.

‘‘I’ve been doing yoga for years with Alice, I highly recommend for slowing down and de stressing. Her voice is so calming and the movements slow & flowing - she will incorporate any areas you will be having issues. I have the best nights sleep after my evening yoga session.’’— Jo
